Breathe in the sea air. Among the fjords, mountains and arctic waters you might be lucky enough to witness the gentle giants.
Between October and January we welcome the migrating herring to our local waters. With their arrival, the Orcas and Humpback whales are never too far behind.
Check-in to the yacht between 18:00-22:00 on Thursday evening in Tromsø. Sail through beautiful arctic fjords on an exclusive expedition in search of the wild orca, humpback whales and northern lights. This is an all inclusive live-aboard cruise on a charming and lavish sailing yacht. Increase your chances of seeing the whales by more than 100% compared to short day trips with limited time.
Other wildlife that are common in this area are the white tailed eagle, harbour porpoises, seals, otters, and many other types of birds. Each day we will sail to find the whales and if you are lucky you will also hear the whales at night when they blow out and get ready for a new dive! There is also an opportunity to try fishing and have the fresh catch prepared for your meal. Each night we will either drop anchor or dock at a harbour.
The routes and locations of where we go are determined by the weather and where the whales are.
On Monday, we will sail back to Tromsø by 17:00. The menu is ever-changing, inspired by Norwegian traditions and local, ethical, fresh and organic ingredients. All food, coffee, tea and water are included. Alcohol is available for purchase onboard.
