Join us for an unforgettable encounter with these magnificent creatures – all from the comfort of our modern Askeladden P92 SUV boat that comes with a heated and covered pilothouse area.

What to wear:

We recommend dressing in multiple layers: Wool base layers, fleece, and a warm sweater. Don’t forget a hat, buff, and wind-proof gloves – it will be chilly when the hunt begins!

Good to know

• It can be windy on the tour so you might get splashed by some waves. You can bring your camera but it is at your own responsibility. Personal things are stowed onboard at your own risk.
• Bring snacks for the tour! It will be a long day, so you will be happy to have snakcs, food and water with you.
• Please inform us beforehand if you have any dietary requirements.

Dreaming of seeing humpback whales, orcas or maybe even fin whales up close? Join us in Skjervøy that is one of the best locations in the world for winter whale watching. Our small group whale watching with pilothouse boat offers you a personal experience with a maximum of 8 guests per boat.  

05:30: Depart from Tromsø Havn Prostneset with the bus from Best Arctic.  

09:15-09:30: Arrival in Skjervøy

09:30-10:00: Your skipper will brief you and take you to the boat 

10:00-13:00: Head out to sea and search for whales.  

13:00-13:20: Return to Skjervøy Harbour and enjoy a light lunch and a warm drink.  

13:30-17:30: Drive back to Skjervøy with the bus.  
  

It is highly recommended to bring snacks and something to drink for the bus ride, as it will be a long day. Treat yourself good!
