We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages on the website you click on. To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will be in connection with booking a tour.
Payment and payment details are handled through Stripe. Payment card and bank numbers are separately encrypted using industry standard encryption (AES-256) at the data level and stored in a separate data vault that is highly restricted. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. Tokens are generated to support Stripe data processing.
Security
We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
